Life Hello out there, My life has had its ups and downs. What did I get out of it well, lets see, I have been married twice, I have two kids who have given me five grandchildren. Since my kids have moved out I have adopted a dog, cat, and a minature rabbit. I bought a house on top of a mountain (palomar mountain in san diego) which recently had a major fire but, my house is safe and sound. Living on the mountain is different from the city. I have two channels to watch on T.V. (no cable up here) and dial up for the computer (This is why it is taking me so long to complete my classmate profile). It snows up here during the winter and everyone stays indoors.As far as our city goes, we have one "General store (which I work at) one restaurant,a soap shop, and a tiny post office ( no postal dilivery up here you pick up your mail at the post office). Our fire station which resembles a barn doubles as the community center.We have no street lights because the "Palomar Mountain Observatory" up here has a light ordinance. Our streets are dirt roads with no address' and yes, we have been told that this mountain resembles "mayberry". Everyone knows ...Expand for more
