Life
Pastry Chef-Co-Owner Fascino Restaurant-Montclair. Formally Freelance Food Editor/Chef. Created recipes and food stories for magazines and books. My recipes are in the Atkins for Life book-2002 and the current website. And after 35 years, still happily married to Anthony. Two sons, Anthony 28-married and Ryan 26.

for magazines and books, (Ladies Home Journal, Cooking Light, Weight Watchers and the 2002 Atkins for Life book), I'm co-owner and pastry chef to my son-the executive chef at our restaurant Fascino, Montclair. My older son is our GM. Sunday's NY Times NJ section food reviewer rated Fascino "excellent". In 2008 Fascino was named top 25 in state by NJ Monthly mag.
