e buying capacities I was forced to retire after spending a year battling stage 3 lung cancer. I am cancer free now and decided to keep the grey after my hair grew back. I am fairly healthy but the cancer did leave me with limited energy and lung capacity - but so greatful to be alive.

Yesterday we saw the amazing Montezuma's Castle in Camp Verde - cliff dwelling believed to be over 800 years old - then went on to Sedona and Jerome. Such fascinating country.
