Cynthia's Story

In case you re confused I graduated in '73, Paula graduated '75 and Brooks in '78. We all got married at least once. Brooks has twins, Paula and Brooks are nurses and I moved to Florida, they stayed in Charleston. I've done everything from waitressing to building deisel engines. I ended up as a proposal coordinator at engineering firms in Tampa before I was disabled. I guess it was all that heavy lifting with the engine parts, they aren't small you know. I was a biker chick with my own ride, I was homeless, I got a degree in marketing, I coordinate fundraisers for a women's recovery center now. Our big event coming up is a Rubber Duck Derby Nov. 21. new house and off the street. I don't know about you but age is creeping up on me all of a sudden this year. I feel older and more content to be alone, I notice spots (age spots) and I actually asked the doc what they were! I don't have any kids of my own but my husband has 2 boys. One stays in NY and the other is right around the corner, but its just like the Cat Stevens song and we hardly see him anymore. He's always working. At least I know we did something right and taught him about responsibility and a good work ethic. How is everyone else doing? I'm still looking for my high school sweetheart. He went to Middleton so none of you know him, Steve Morrow. What about you? How many married the HS Sweetie?
