Cynthia's Story
Wow! Has it actually been 35 years since we graduated? How is that possible?
I'm guessing that not many of you remember me because I was very shy and quiet in school. That began to change during my senior year and my current friends don't believe me when I tell them I used to be shy.
I married my high school sweetheart 5 years after graduating, but we split up after a 19 year marriage. I've been single since 1997. While married, we adopted four children. We have four grandchildren, as well.

e house.....a 5 bedroom farm house on an acre of land. It's getting harder and harder to take care of alone and the winters here are daunting. I'm getting increasingly homesick for Calif., although the last time I was back it was nothing like it used to be.
I just completed my 9th year as a pre-school teacher for the Head Start program. I teach a "double-day" session, which means I have 34 students total - half in the a.m. and half in the p.m. It's a fast-paced, exhausting day, but I love the children. Thank goodness for school holidays and summer vacation!
