D'Arcy's Story

Life After leaving Pendleton in '85, I lived in NYC for a short time. I then went on to college in Anchorage, AK. After a year there, I joined the Navy and spent some time overseas. I have lived all over the USA since then and am currently living in Wisconsin. I have 3 great kids and am enjoying life in a small town again. My oldest son was a US Marine. He served two tours in Iraq. I am extremely proud of him. He is now engaged to a wonderful young woman. They have a beautiful daughter that is the light of my life. My second son does roofing and construction in our area. He is doing very well for himself and takes great care of his mother! My daughter is a Junior in high school and is very active in all the school musicals, show choir and band. I would love to hear from former classmates. Drop m...Expand for more

Too many painful memories. Although I do miss a lot of my old friends. Workplace I have had lots of jobs...everything from disk jockey to telephone operator. I was even a dispatcher for the sheriff's department. And I was an assistant manager for Wal-Mart for a couple years. I left Walmart, went back to school and did various other jobs, but now I am back at Walmart and loving it! Military I went to US Navy boot camp in Orlando, FL. 'A' School training in Millington, TN. More training in San Diego at NAS Miramar. Stationed at NAS Sigonella, Sicily. Did reserve duty at NAS Cubi Point, Philippines.
