I've lived on Maui Hi. with my wife for 35 years now! Unfortunely SHEL passed away last year. I was the chairman of our 25 reunion, also worked on several others. Loved old Hayward., but as it changed I left for hawaii.. Would love to go back to 1948 and do it all again. Don. I have been lucky to have lived a great life!!! ess, Built houses, commercial buildings, restaurants, and bars. Farmed rice 2 million lbs. pre year. Read more than 2000 books on history, and written a historical novel. won shooting matchs in Calif. hawaii, Canada, and Wyoming. traveled by RV to every state but Alaska. Retired at 50, haveing worked or done 24 different vocations. 2015 was awared HAWAII'S older man of the year by the Governor!!! For my work on Maui for the police dept, and Parks dept shooting range.
