Dale's Story
Life
I left GW in 1963 and married "Bubby" Fairbanks when I was 16. Bubby went to GW also, but was a few years ahead of me. We have 4 children, 3 daughters and 1 son. All are grown and married (or have been) and we have one grandaughter, who is 21. On Jul 7, 2012, our youngest daughter and her husband gave us our first grandson! from the Stafford Co. school system (Technology Dept.) in November 2008 Then worked part-time at Mary Washington Hospital until March 2012. Now I am retired too, and loving every minute of it! I have always loved the beach, so we plan to look around next year for a second home. We really don't want to leave the Fredericksburg, Va. area completely, since all the kids, and grandkids are here, and they all live within a five mile radius of us.
