Life
Have been a Chef for last 25 years. Started in AZ, now living in Wash. St for last 17 years. Have served food on planes, trains, automobiles and everything in between. I am one of the lucky ones and figured out how to get paid to do what I love. Combining sports and food. Have worked for a pro sports team, golf courses, race tracks, ski resorts. I am divorced and living with a lovely woman, who is also a Chef. She is the Executive Sous for the Portland TrailBlazers. She has three grown children, a 3 year old grandson Tristan, and a 16 month old granddaughter Cailyn. Having a great time being a "Papi'"
