Dale's Story
Life
Married since 1996, we have two children (Alexandra 2y7m & Peyton 7m as of 12/07). After USMC, received my BS in Political Science with Honors / Summa Cum Laude. (Who would of thought I would have gotten As'). Then it was off to San Francisco to attend Golden Gate University School of Law. Interning at the SF DAs office while in law school, I knew prosecuting was my choice of profession. After graduating from GGU, it was back on a plane to NC.
Workplace

Attorneys position with the Durham District Attorneys office. You may have heard of the place, Mike Nifong was my boss. He was the one that hired me.
There I became the DWI expert in prosecuting impaired drivers. With regret, I left the DAs office for an exciting knew job as North Carolina's Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor. I spent most of my time training law enforcement and prosecutors on Traffic Law for NC. After a year of teaching, being a trial attorney is where my heart rests. So, I returned to prosecute in Durham County
