Dan Borgers:  

I'm still in music. Lived in Los Angeles a long time and have worked with a plethora of recording artists including Barbara Streisand, Glen Campbell, Joe Cocker, Rod Stewart, Diana Ross and many others. Quit touring in my 20's (except for one arena tour in '91) and have been producing and writing full time. Besides songs for artists (mostly in Europe and a handful of major label artists in the U.S.), I write a lot of instrumental music and songs for TV and Feature Films.. Recent films include Camille with James Franco (Spiderman), and The Devil and Daniel Webster with Alec Baldwin, Dan Aykroyd, and Anthony Hopkins. Loads of TV shows covering the spectrum from network sports to Oprah. Personally rewarding was finding my birth family in the mid-90's. I was adopted with my sister, Beverly (class of '75), when we were 4 and 3 respectively. We had another sister who's also in music, teaching in the public school system and singing with the Washington, D.C. Opera. Beverly (class of '75) passed away in 2008 after an 8 year battle with cancer. A "Fraser" REALLY small world story: I was doing a USO tour in 1976 in Asia and the South Pacific. Flew from the Philippines to a small island in the middle of the Indian Ocean called Diego Garcia on Christmas Day 1976. Only 100 Navy Seabees who'd recen...Expand for more
