Dan's Story

Life Married to Melinda (44 yrs) and I have two sons, Brett and Jeff. Brett is married to Valerie and we have 3 beautiful granddaughters. My wife and I live in Folsom, CA and I work in Sacramento, CA. for Valley Motor Escort . We married in '71 and I'm still married to my best friend! Workplace I went into the Navy in '68 and served 4 years as Aviation Electrician's Mate. Worked for Fairchild Camera and Instrument (Mt. View, CA) as Engineering Technician for 5 years. Measurex Corp. (Cupertino, CA) for 4 yrs as Systems Technician/Technical Instructor. Worked for Xerox Engineering Systems (San Jose) for 13 years as Technical Training Manager, 6 years as Operations Training Manager for Level One Communications (Sacramento) and then with Intel Corporation (Folsom, CA) for 12 years. I retired from Intel in Jan 2013 and then worked 1 year in Encore Fellow prog...Expand for more
ram as Adult Education Technology Specialist with Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services. I am now (April 2014) working for Valley Motor Escort as a Motorcycle Escort for funeral services. We escort funeral processions in Sacramento on BMW 1150 Police motorcycles, controlling traffic during the processions. Loving the thrill of the adrenaline rush! Fun We enjoy traveling and have seen lots of terrific sites in the US and around the globe. I'm a member of Folsom HOG (Harley Owners Group) and ride my Harley Ultra Classic daily. Melinda and I enjoy weekday rides in the gold country and other great routes. We get to enjoy our granddaughters from time to time. Oldest son Brett and family live in Sacramento and he works in Real Estate. Jeff stayed in Malibu after graduating from Pepperdine. I enjoy buying and selling coins on eBay. God has been so good to us.
