Dan's Story
Life
I just completed my biggest accomplishment thus far. Last week I led a team of 21 volonteers building a church in Cape Town, South Africa. Two of my three boys were on that team, as well as my Wife, Pam. Our other two children were not able to come due to job and college obligations. It was an awesome experience which I would highly recommend everyone to try at least once in your life. It has to be one of the most rewarding things I have ever done in my whole life. will tell you why later. I have not changed a whole lot over time, with exception of normal aging process we all go through. My health has been good all these years and I am thankful for that. I guess the biggest surprise in my life was that I ended up being a general contractor in lakeland, Florida for these past 23 years, with exception of our two years spent in South Africa as missionaries from our home church here in Lakeland, Heritage Baptist Church.
