The above photo was taken in a Chilean fishing boat hired as a water taxi (about 3 years ago.) The boat was, how to say, not the cleanest nor with the most pleasant aroma. rger island (Chiloe) off the coast of Chile is beyond me... ha. What brings it to mind today is the volcano making news now. The people are being evacuated to Chiloe. But everyday there was an adventure. And the other surprise is the fact that i usually travel for 3 - 4 week stretches by myself.
But this year husband was in tow to Jordan, Israel, and Egypt. Wow even more weird adventures traveling through the desert there.
