Dana's Story
Married, raised four kids, they in turn have given us five wonderful, beautiful grandkids. Still Working, but enjoying time with my husband now that the kids are grown and living their lives. Still have great memories of going to school at Strong Vincent, and so glad I grew up in that era. Wonder how life would have been for us if when growing up we had cell phones, the internet and social media? When I told my youngest child that we had 3 stations on TV, and no remot...Expand for more
e control she asked how we did it. We went outside and found our friends and lived life I told her! Great memories!
In July of 2019 I was with our classmate Barbara Hardener Lewis when she was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. She only survived 59 days after the diagnosis. I was with her everyday till she passed on September 20, 2019. I had known her since 7th grade when we met at Roosevelt Middle School. It’s sad to have seen so many of our classmates passing.
