Life Well I figured it was about time to update my profile since so much has changed since I originally wrote it. 2004 was a roller coaster ride from Hell for our family. Our oldest daughter Ashlee was diagnosed with Leukemia May 21, 2004. Ash was attending Cal State Hayward and the rest of our family was living in Wyoming. We got the call 5/21 and we imediatley packed up and came back to sunny Cali 5/22. She was admitted 5/23 with us all by her side. She went through her 1st round of chemo and was in remission for a while. We were told her only chance for survival was to have a Bone Marrow Transplant. Unfortunatly our other 4 children did not match her and she was placed on the Nat'l. registry. Ashlee and I decided to help fate by doing a Bone Marrow Donation Drive 8/21/04 to see if we could find her match ourselves. As luck would have it they found 2 matches for her 2 weeks before our drive and we were going full steam ahead in anticipation for the big event. Un...Expand for more
