Danette's Story

Hi Everyone, I attended Sacred Heart in Roseville MI from 1st-9th and when it closed I continued my education at Carl Brablec High in Roseville MI and graduated in 1974. I received a license in Cosmetology in 1988 and studied in Business Management at DCB of Lapeer MI in 1993-1994. I married in 1975 and divorced in 2002. Then remarried in 2005 and this is my story... I am happily married to a wonderful man who brings out the best in me! I have 2 beautiful children (Tom II & Christina) and 5 wonderful stepchildren (Cathy, twins Josh & Jon, Christopher, and Brittany). I have 8 precious grandchildren! (Kaylee, Tommy III, Nicholas, Madie, Nora, Hannah, Carter, and Maxime). I have a home-based business that allows me the freedom to enjoy everything in life that is important to me. out what I do - just ask! My husband and I own 2 places Northern Michigan, both are in Grayling. We are semi-retired and we are living the dream in our DREAM HOME (The Paddle Inn) on the Au Sable River in Grayling, MI I enjoy playing with my grandbabies and I love to read to them (I even wrote a book for them) The best part is spoiling them :) I should of had them first ;) I am a shutterbug, love to canoe/kayak/tube the river and fish (fly fishing is my fav.), I also deer hunt, ride 4 wheelers, gardening, hiking. Love to travel! I'm a resale addict! I also like to make things out of recyclable materials and just hanging out at our little cabin in the woods we call The Lark Inn, sitting by the campfire with family and friends!
