Dani's Story
I graduated from Indianola in 1987 and went to work for Principal Financial Group full-time while taking music classes at Simpson in Indianola part-time. My social life got in the way of classes, so I decided to just work and play. After many years of that, I finally decided to come to terms with my life and started a life with my current partner, Deb Dillon. In 1996 we bought a house in Des Moines. ive pregnancy attempts, I got pregnant and gave birth to our baby girl, Kori Rae Dillon. At the end of 2006, we got a wild hair and decided to move to San Diego, California with friends of ours where we basked in the sunshine, ocean and Disneyland!! In the beginning of 2009, we got homesick and decided to come back home. We now own a home in Indianola where Kori will start kindergarten in the spring of 2010.
