Daniel's Story

What a trip. I have lived a lot of places in the U.S. due to my career. I received my doctorate in microbiology at Colorado State University. Was involved in research and then spent 2 years at the CDC in Atlanta. From there I went on to be a director of microbiology laboratories at various hospitals, LSU Medical Center and then served as an adjunct associate professor in the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University while directing a diagnostic lab. s devoted to science. No children or pets at this time. After being out of California for 36 years, I have returned where I am semi-retired but occasionally do some consulting, but miss having a laboratory. I became an adjunct professor at American River College in 2016 where I teach microbiology. I run about 20 miles a week and work in my garden. I hope to see all of you at the 50th graduation reunion for our class. Did I say 50? Can't be that long ago? All the best to you- Dan
