It has been a long and very different life from what anyone would expect of me. Soon After Graduation I decided to be a musician - guitar player. I started with Surf Music, playing all up and down PCH. then went to jazz (LA studio musician) and on to rock'n roll. I toured the country with my rock band for many years rocking n rolling. As one girl friend said "all you care about is Guitars, cars and women" not quite true - but an idea of it all (no drugs or liquor ever) I Settled down in the San Jose area just at the start of "Silicone Valley" and opened my first guitar and guitar repair shop. that went real well Married and divorced a Downy High girl (!!?). I tried (the first time) to retire to Trinidad - way up north, north of Eureka. A beautiful small town right on the Ocean. I looked out at the sea, watched the Whales play etc. for several years. My customers caught up to me and foretold that I needed to return to my profession (now a major guitar technician) I moved to San Diego - another successful Repair shop then Married a Filipino woman from San Mateo CA. Another attempt to retire but a great business idea came up. I started another business, Torres Engineering and again it went well. I became a world auth...Expand for more
