Life
I am living and working in Japan as an Assistant Language Teacher. I have been here since graduating SIU-C in 1994. This July I will have been in Japan for 14 years. I love teaching in my rural town that is located picturesquely in the foothills of the Japan Alps. (I am located roughly 25 miles from Nagoya City the 4th largest city in Jap...Expand for more
an located in the center of the main island of Honshu.) I have been here for eight years and love it. I think I have the best job in the world. I not only live in my town but also feel apart of the community. I teach every child in my town. so going to the local store i often see my students and their mothers. It makes life very interesting.
