Retired from all renumerative work in August 2009.
Along the way I was teacher's association president 3 times for a total of 6 years. negotiated contracts and served on candidate screening committees.
One of my public school students is teaching in Centerville, Ohio and one is finishing Music Education/Art Education at Bowling Green University. (She went to Interlochen for her Junior and Senior years.)
