Daniel's Story
1976 Graduated NAU - B.S., Computer Science Engineering, minors in music, math and biology. Moved to Houston.
1976-1978 Worked as software engineer at a small real-time systems company.
1978-1985 Software engineer and R&D/Product Development Director at Control Applications Inc., Houston.
1979-1989 Worked part-time as a rock climbing instructor and whitewater rafting guide. Also did some whitewater kayaking instruction. Worked a few summers at...Expand for more
the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) as a summer mountaineering instructor.
1985-Present Founder, President & CEO of UTSI International Corporation (Real-time control systems and fluid flow consulting/engineering for oil and gas pipelines).
Currently living in Madrid Spain (28 years), and have permanent residence in Texas. Also have 2 children, 25 and 27.
Still enjoy hiking, kayaking, canoeing and light climbing when time permits.
