Danny Auvili:  

Retired in 2014 after a couple health issues. Worked 35 years in coal and 7 in journalism. Still love to write and working on book titled " Memoirs from a Misfit Miner." Married to Della, a Belfry, KY, girl. We have an adopted daughter, Riley, whom is 10 and has been with us since 3 mos. young. She cheers for Belfry Elementary and they have qualified for the State title in Lexington next week. Also have a daughter, Dani Lynn-Marie who has my grandaughter Chloe and they live in Tenn. I also have two step-daughters and two step-sons, along with 10 grandchildren and 3 great- grandchildren. Until my aunt Betty's passing this past July, we cared for her in our home for the past two years. She suffered from dementia but lived a long, Blessed life to the age of 90. It was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. They become someone you don't seem to know as the disease eats away at their mind. I pray none of you ever have to experience a loved one go like that. By the grace of my LORD and SAVIOUR, I was healed from cancer without accepting the treatment regiment of surgery, chemo and radiation 4 years ago. I am a member of East Williamson...Expand for more
