I made bad choices in my young adult years. Many of those choices hurt friends I cared greatly for. I am sorry. If I could go back in time to do things differently, I would in a heart beat. change, to become a good human being. I have grown to understand that my past does not define me. This does not minimize my bad choices, nor the damage of those choices. Although my past will always be a part of who I am, it's the way I treat people and the way I live my life today that defines me. I don't know if I can ever redeem my past, but I am trying.
