Darla's Story
Hi guys,
I'm still here in Arlington. and have been here my whole life. After graduation, I attended UTA, right here at home. I married a man from upstate New York who was sooo 'not worth it' and have been divorced for many years. The best thing I have to show from it is 2 wonderful children, both now Lamar graduates.
My daughter graduated in '05' and was Drum Major her senior year. After graduation, she attended NSU, in Louisianna, on a music scholarship. My son graduated in '08' and is presently attending Lincoln Tech.

I spent most of my adult life working at American Airlines in various positions. After almost 25 years there, I fell victim to the ongoing downsizing that has gripped the airline industry since 9-11. Since then, 911 has taken on a whole new meaning for me. I work for the City of Arlington, taking 911 calls for Police, Fire Dept and medical assistance. I love what I do now, and can't imagine doing anything else.
Well, that's a brief update on where I've been and what I've been up to. Hope to see everyone at our next reunion.
