Life
Hi everyone......I moved to British Columbia in April 1960...was not able to finish high school.....unless i moved away from home. In July of 1963 I married a wonderful man, Leo, whom I had been dating for 2 years. He is of French descent but was born in Saskatchewan, the 6th of 8 children. We had our first child, a girl named Jacqueline, in October 1964....then in Dec. 1968 we had a second daughter named Connie.....and in Nov. 1970 we had our son, Leo Jr. We have a grandson by our 1st daughter and this grandson was born on our son's birthday, which was also my maternal grandparents anniversary. n in Nov. 1996 and Mitchell who was born in April 1999. Leo Sr. retired at 56 and we have been doing a lot of traveling. Especially the Snowbird thing to Yuma Arizona in Jan.'s to about May. I stayed home and raised the children plus did some bookkkeeping for a welding shop here in the town where we have lived since 1965. My mother passed away in 1985 at 69 years of age.....and my step-father is still living here and he will be 86 in Dec. 2004. I love camping, spending time with my children and their families and I love my computer, self taught though I am......drove my kids crazy trying to teach me, but we all lived through it, ha,ha. I live in a beautiful area of B.C. but still miss Redding lots.
