Darrel's Story
I am a retired educator - math/English teacher, principal and superintendent in Texas. I am currently working in sales in the oilfield and live in Hobbs, NM.
I had two children in my first marriage and both are college graduates and self-supporting (thank God!). My son has blessed me with two grandchildren and my daughter has blessed us with one. I have been married for the second time for nine years and it has been great. I think often of Spearman...Expand for more
times and the people who became life long friends - the Good Ole Days! I still see Spearman graduates fairly frequently but wonder where everyone is and how they are doing. I attended the ten year reunion and have not attended one since. I did receive the 'most changed' award at that one and almost got the 'most bald' award until Richard Pipkin walked in. I am sure my hairline has caught up with his by now.
I am now living in Stephenville, Texas.
