Darren's Story
Life
After Germany, I moved back to Hawaii and have been here ever since. Did the typical confused military brat thing and changed majors and careers umpteen times. After a bit with Restaurant management, Airlines, Politics, Car Sales and other tidbits, I finally landed a job as a local cop. It was easier to go law enforcement than law school. April 2005 - Still married with two beautiful daughters. Miss Germany, but love Hawaii. Wish you all could be here. Aloha

ical engineer. Did well the first year, and then partied a little too much the second year. Couldn't see myself as an engineer so I switched to Political Science. Planned on going to law school, but ended up involved in local politics. After being part of a couple losing campaigns, thought again about law school, but was pretty much unemployed. Took the local police test and got accepted (who would believe). Been a cop for ten years and loving it, though if something better would come along, I might leave.
