Life After graduating from High School in 1985 I went through a wild stage. Ended up bouncing from place to place. In 1992 I was able to gain some focus and direction while working with a close family friend in Westfield, North Carolina. In 1993 I interviewed for placement overseas and ended up accepting a postion in Nairobi, Kenya. I worked with the International Development and Relief Board as their business manager from 1994-1996. I met my wife just before I left the United States in 1994. She was an english teacher in Senegal, W. Africa from 1994-1996 through a similar organization, and we maintained contact via writing and visiting each other during vacation time during this period. We married on our return to the USA in 1996. In Aug of 1996 we moved to Mill Valley, CA were we both attended Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary.
