After Graduation from Norrix I went to WMU and got a degree in Education. I was then a substitute teacher and Football Coach in Otsego for a year. In the summer of 1980 I moved to St. Louis Missouri to teach and coach. From 1979 to 1995 I coached at four different High Schools, Otsego, Jennings, Aquinas/Mercy and Cardinal Ritter, with the last three in Missouri. During my sixteen years as a Football Coach I took eleven of my teams to the state play-offs. Unfortunately we never made it all the way to the Show-Me Bowl. But we did get to the Quarter finals five times. I've also coached Track & Field, Basketball and Baseball at the High School level. During that time I earned a Masters Degree in Education from Maryville University and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. In addition to teaching I was a Middle School Principal (5 years) and have been a Central Office Administrator, Curriculum Coordinator and Director (10 years and counting). I'm also an Adjunct Professor at William Woods University here in Missouri. I teach in their Educatinal Administration and Athletic Administration Masters Programs. For the Athletic Administration program I wrote 60% of the Curriculum to help the University get it going. I plan to retire in a few years. After that I want to drive the train at the St. Louis Zoo four days a week and play Golf at any one of the 60 plus Golf Courses within 50 miles of my house the rest of the time. On weekends I'll go to my Condo down at the Lake of the Ozarks and play Golf at anyone of the 40 courses they have there.
