Dave's Story
Life
I went to two high schools when I lived in Rome, NY. I went to Oriskany Central School for the regular term and to RFA for summer school. I went to OCS for grades K-11. In June of 1964 I moved to Fairborn, Ohio with my parents where I graduated in 1965. I went to Wright State University for one term in 1965 and then got a job at NCR for $3.03/hour and went to ACME Institute of Tool & Die Design. t my training in NORAD Computers. In all I was trained on four computers while I was in the AF. I stayed for 7½ years. I got married while I was in Thailand and our daughter was born in Bangkok, Thailand. Her name is Gwynneth Linda Doyle. I got out of the AF to go back to college and my parents were living in Sun City, AZ. I got a job in 1974 in California and have been here ever since. Presently, I have been diagnosed as Bi-Polar (Manic-Depressive) and I am on disability.
