Dave's Story
After HS, brief college stint then US Army as flight paramedic/helicopter ambulance in Colorado. Continued working in construction and forestry when not flying or in school. Nursing school post- military and have been an Emergency Department RN for 33 yrs. Continued with construction/contracting during the week and weekends nursing.
Going through my 3rd divorce,....guess I keep wearing them out. Have raised 6 great kids and one of them is actually mine. By last count 10 grandkids and 1 great grandc...Expand for more
hild. Living in Ormond Beach, FL. Surfing every chance I get which is usually daily. Shaping/fabricating surfboards, wave skis, and kayaks when I'm not nursing.
Pending more back surgery and likely disability after this round. Previous broken neck and back with 6 fused vertebrae so far,...4 new disc herniations now. Had I known I'd live this long, I'd have taken better care of myself,... NOT!!!!! Better to wear out than to fade away. Looking forward to seeing lots of old familiar faces at the Reunion.
