Life I must admit that the years gone by since high school have blurred by at an exciting pace. I still share the same passions for things outdoors. One of my favorite reflections of my High School years was the summer of 1990 when I went to Philmont scout ranch in New Mexico and spent nearly 2 weeks hiking in the Mountains. I'm proud to say I attained the rank of Eagle in 1993 the same year I graduated. While everyone was partying after graduation I was completing my project just prior to my 18th birthday. I spent the next few years working full time and taking night classes at a local college. In 1995 I had major jaw surgery done and had my jaw broken in three places. Soon thereafter I finally was freed of my braces after 9 freaking years and have been all smiles since. This was about the time period I really developed into a serious Mountain bike racing fool. I've raced in four 24 hour Mt Bike races in Wva (96,97,98 and 02) and lots of other local 12,18 and 24 hour races. I still enjoy hunting and am currently a member of the Goldmine Huntclub in Fluvanna. In 1999 I joined the Army reserves as an MP and my life became more focused and intense than ever.
