Dave's Story

Hello to ALL classmates (((Whether you were my friend or not, and I apologize LATE, for pissing a "decent chunk" of you off <--I'll bet NOW I could "get along" with many of those who were my enemies back in the day))), especially those who attended during my years of 1983-86, but most of all God Bless the Class of 1986! Thank you GOD, Thank you PARENTS, and Thank you LHHS CLASSMATES for putting up with me back in the mid 80s! Y'All WERE "GREAT SPORTS" ABOUT IT, because I woulda "shot" me, LOL. Even though I moved away (((not by choice at the time, the job))) in 1994, my "DALLAS ROOTS" and "YOU FOLKS" I went to school with from 1983-86 WILL ALWAYS REMAIN A BIG PART OF ME AND HAVE A VERY SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART ...... IT WAS THE BEST AREA, SOME OF THE BEST TIMES, BEST PEOPLE IN GENERAL, AND BEST FRIENDS, IN MY LIFE. Thank You!! In addition to the BEST people, another reason for my sentimentality for "that time/place" is partially because during that time I became "ME" and formed my mind set ---> moral/political/social views, WHICH NEVER CHANGED TO THIS DAY. I'm still the same ole me but with a LOT MORE passive/understanding way of expressing myself today. Today, unless the perfectly right "subject" or "people" get me riled up, they'd never guess I used to be in "militaristic mode" all the time, in my younger years. But still, even after 1986 people in "other places" have occasionally said ---> you're "too this/that" "too conservative" "too old fashioned" "too loudly outspoken" "too redneck" "too something" etc. If they were being very rude about it I'd often PROUDLY reply with something like --> That's because I did not go to high school in Candya$$ Yankeeville, I'm damn proud that I went to a school in Dallas with high academics, and I fit in perfect there"". That of course is a TOTAL LIE about me fitting in perfect in Dallas, LOL, I was "too outspoken" at times even for Dallas, back then. But what is true, is ME and MY OUTSPOKEN VIEWS fit in better in Dallas than anywhere else I lived. THERE REALLY IS NO OTHER PLACE LIKE TEXAS. I'M VERY PROUD OF THIS CLASS AND HAVE OFTEN BRAGGED ABOUT IT TO MANY PEOPLE, and not just about those of you in our 86 class who went on to be GREAT "well known" NFL football players, LOL. (((The last I checked my GOOD HIGH SCHOOL FRIEND Shane Zidermanis was doing patriotic and dangerous work as a secret service agent, and he was not just your average agent, he was heavily involved in the type of action you only see in the movies. God Bless all those who serve/protect this country from Domestic and International threats!!))) If I remember correctly out of about 547 students in our 1986 class, we had near 100 honor students! That is tremendous to me, and even though I was not one of those honor students I respected YOU THEN and NOW (((I should have studied harder at LHHS, I finally did at Oklahoma State later, making bot...Expand for more
h honor roll lists, a "big cause" of me finally working harder was probably from being inspired by the folks in our 1986 LHHS Class who worked hard to achieve success despite it being during the "fun years" of our lives))). Smart is cool to me, whereas today it seems too many kids are PRESSURED into ""Hey it's cool to be stupid, and not cool to be smart"". Well I say screw them damn _____s that think that way! <--And teach our kids to be PROUD for "not thinking" like the "boneheads". I'm VERY PROUD of Y'All for making a HUGE difference in the world (((be it a great mom---we need more of those, or a CEO, etc))) while not getting the credit you deserved because many of you have done it quietly/modestly "low profile" and unnoticed ... while others like MATT STOVER (((Baltimore Ravens))) and MERTON HANKS (((SF 49ers))) represented ""their/OUR Dallas roots"" very well in the NFL on National TV MANY times. I lived in the SF BAY AREA from the very start of the 6th grade all the way thru the 9th grade. My childhood team WAS and STILL IS the San Francisco 49ers (((Cowboys are 2nd))). So you can imagine why it brought tears to my eyes when the 1994 49ers won the SuperBowl with "OUR CLASS OF 1986 - MERTON HANKS" as a BIG PART of the 49ers success. In 1986 I'd not thought it possible that just 8 years out of high school Merton Hanks would be representing 2 things "at the same time" which are VERY dear to my heart, but opposite of each other and 1800 miles apart ---> (1.) My High School in my adopted beloved hometown of Dallas where Merton grewup a Cowboy's fan living right by the Cowboy's practice site, (2.) Then now in 1994 he's a star in the Bay Area also representing that city too in the SuperBowl, and my favorite childhood team, the 49ers. And Matt Stover, I always tell people "I sat right next to that guy in Mr. Patton's English class, he was just a nice normal kid, and the perfect guy you'd like to see successful, with more NFL role models like him needed for young athletes"". I have an Aunt and Uncle in Baltimore, they love the Ravens and Matt Stover. I'll try to type more about myself later, for now I just wanted to say THANKS TO MY WHOLE CLASS FOR BEING GREAT PEOPLE, AND FOR PUTTING UP WITH ME "BACK IN THE DAY", but for now just FYI about me --> KliewerInvest at Aol (.) com <--- Again I stress, NONE OF YOU have to be shy, and you don't have to be someone who was my friend in the past. The "IN YOUR FACE" side of me NOW only comes out on those who want it to, or on those who really deserve it ---> (((Like those in our Commie Yankee Government, Damn I miss the "ole school" True Patriot Ronald Reagan Types, not like this CandyA$$ crap today!! I'm ole school DAMN IT!!!))) <---Oops sorry, I just had a little personality flashback back to the mid 80s there, but I AM STILL ole school, ha ha ha :>). God Bless ALL Your Lives & Families. Very Sincerely, "Super Dave" Dave Kliewer
