Dave's Story

As of October 1 2017 I finally retired from the City of Redmond. I immediately found another job to have fun and keep busy. Plus a good discount on related items. Come see me at Cedar Plaza Ace. Also traveling, camping and house projects to name a few to keep even more busy. I have been in this house since 1990. I have 2 children, son 40 and daughter 37 both married. I now have 3 grand kids. 2 girls and a boy. Ended up with a prior work injury on my wris...Expand for more
ts. Dealing with them since 2007. Having some surgery soon to fix their first repairs. Means bigger steel plate in both. Good thing L&I to cover costs. Have a large family and most still live within 60 miles of Kirkland Wa. Big get together at the holidays. Covid has changed things for now though. Be 65 next year so looking to retire a second time providing I'm ready or remarried. Still looking for that someone. Another Covid challenge for get togethers.

What a great Christmas spending time with my children, their spouses and grandchildren. I am very blessed.

I went to my very first concert last night. Who else but Elton John. What a fantastic show. Thanks sis.
