It's been many, many years ... yet sometimes it seems like such a small world. Just when you think you have lost touch with everyone from the past, someone shows up you knew 30 years ago! Life certainly has had its challenges ... some for the good, and some not so good. All in all though, we have to be happy with what we have been dealt in life, and go on from there. I think the more live experiences we have been subjected to, the more we realize that most times less is more. Life has been good to me as far as my children are concerned. I am the proud father of 3 wonderful kids, and now two very special grand kids. My kids are kind of spread out a little, with a daughter who is 32, a son 17, and another daughter who is 15 (and boy crazy). Having been a single parent most of my life, the experience has taught me tons about family, and how important it is. I honestly don't think I would have had a very happy life if I had not had any children ... though having them can be very challenging on your nerves most of the time!
