David's Story
It has been a long journey. Moved from KCMO in Aug 94 to live in Hutchinson Ks because of my Railroad job and have been here ever since.
At the end of 2013 I became a Chiefs Red Coater. A Red Coater does many things like assisting with different community and stadium events, going to an away game each year, attending Red Coater parties and helping on Red Friday (Red Coaters started Red Friday) The best part of being a Red Coater is getting to be on the field at Arrowhead for pregame when the players are announced as well as being on the field holding the large arrowhead flag during the National Anthem. Or holding the huge field size American flag, it is quite the experience! I get goose bumps every time!

the sec to get the game started on time for TV. It is amazing how everything fits together.
I also volunteer for a community theater in Hutchinson as the Lighting Designer as well as getting the sound system ready for each show. We do 7 shows a year with one being a major musical at a different larger location in Hutchinson. Each show runs for 4 nights.
Needless to say I keep busy, sometimes to busy, with running up to KC to work an event or go to a Chiefs game.
My kids have all left the nest. One is in Fargo getting her Masters Degree in communications. Her twin is in Emporia teaching and my oldest is in KC doing theater and working full time. Hoping one day to get paid to do theater.
My favorite place to be, other then Arrowhead is Estes Park Colorado.
