David's Story
Married in 1975 to a 1972 Lake Central HS graduate. Linda and I have two children Ryan born in 1978 & a Purdue University grad. Erin born in 1983 & a graduate of Valparaiso U. Four grand children Reid 10 -- Kenedi 7-- Gemma 6 and the last Greta 3 in May 2020. A daughter in law Danielle and son in law Nathan Levin . We will celebrate our 45th year wedding anniversary Sept 20th. 2020. Retired in 2013 from Cargill Inc. at age 62 after 13 years service formerly Amaizo/ Cerestar. Spent the first 30 years at AMOCO Whiting Indiana . After a 4 year apprenticeship and EET degree / Purdue University accepted a supervisory position for the following 24 years. d with British Petroleum.( Gotta love the Britt's) Always loved the SW Michigan area spending summers there at the grandparents summer home in Harbert, MI. In 2008 We moved from St John IN to a paired villa in White Hawk CC / Silver Hawk area. Then in 2010 purchased a condo with a great lake view in St Joseph's MI. We travel between the two weather permitting but Crown Point is considered home.. Love the beach / pools winery's and short trips to South Haven, Saugatuck, Grand Haven & the rest ! Living the retirement Good Life & Enjoying-- it beats working ! Hello to ALL you fellow class of 69 HHS grads ! Short update as of March 2022 We have all had Covid and survived unvaxxed 10 out of 10 100 % ! 😁
