David's Story
I left La Serna after 1962 and completed high school and Gymnasia Evrit in Jerusalem, Israel. I returned to the US in 1965 and attended Rio Hondo. I dropped out for a while to be a hippie and play my guitar in rock and blues bands. I never achieved stardom and returned to college and Cal State...Expand for more
LA in 1973. I then attended Northwestern University Medical School and received my MD degree in 1980. I did a neurosurgery residency from 1980-1986 at Georgetown University Medical Center.
I still play guitar, but I've gotten into playing jazz. I also enjoy painting....mostly oil on canvass.
