David's Story
Life
After high school graduation I completed an Associate Degree in Electronics at Texas State Technical Institute in Sweetwater. I moved to Dallas-Fort Worth after graduation and started working for a national computer sales and service company in downtown Dallas. Long story short I have now worked in the IT computer industry for most of my professional career, although I have started other businesses at times. I am currently an account manager for Fujitsu Computer Systems out of San Jose California and manage a large EDS computer maintenance service contract. We live in Keller Texas.
I married my wife Darla, in May of 1988 and now have two wonderful daughters Emily, 15 and Courtlyn, 14. Darla is a Texas A&M graduate and works for IBM in softwar...Expand for more
e support and stays very busy. Emily and Courtlyn both attend Keller High and are involved in art and computer programs (like their parents).
We are very involved in our church in Hurst serving as teachers and directors of a coupleÂs class and in other leadership roles. I play mandolin in the praise band and Darla and I are both involved in the adult choir. Emily and Courtlyn are active in the youth program and VBS as well as the choir and hand bells program. Emily plays clarinet and they both play piano and are very talented musically. Emily is also involved in dance and Courtlyn is now taking guitar lessons.
God has definitely blessed me with a great family, material prosperity and with many special friends and opportunities to serve Him.
