Its Spring of ¿09 and as great as life was its funny how fast it can change... a few months after my last entry I had me a heart attack not to major but they did find some blockage and had to place a few stents into my chest. Some blockages a 70%,80% and 90%... it suck cause I really did not have any contributing factors.. you know a little e over weight a little high cholesterol, not doing a lot of working out¿ but they were all minor. So that happened at 40 and I am now 42 and doing good.. not great but good and life goes on. So now a days I have no contributing factor and eating right and exercise and all the good stuff people are spouse to do. So take it from me and don¿t wait till you get there do the right thing now and take the steps need to be more healthy. Life Well its fall of '07 and I am now 40... 40 40 40 40 40 40 40 wow it's not what I thought it was going to be when I was 20. 40 was old at 20.... 40 is not old at 40. Funny how that works. I bet if I ask any 20 year old and they will say 40 is old. I feel a somewhat slower and a little more sore but...Expand for more
