David's Story

Fixed TV's after high school for a couple of years. Then started my own business in 1980 fixing appliances. Sold out in '86 and went to school in Austin. Graduated in 1991 with BSEE. Worked for GM 7 years in Indiana, Intermedics in Angleton for two years, Medtronic in Minneapolis for two years, Daktronics in South Dakota for 4 years and now work for John Deere as a senior design engineer in Fargo. e! Been married for 34 years to Linda, who substitute teaches at the schools in Barnesville. Have three kids. Karin, 29 develops on line curriculum for St. Thomas University in the Twin Cities. Wayne, 27, is going for his BSCE at UND in Grand Forks. Joseph, 17 is finishing up his junior year. Almost done raising kids! Live in Barnesville, MN and am currently on city council there. All 4 sisters and my Mom still live in Texas. All but one sister in the Houston area still.
