David's Story

Life Vist my home page at: Colbeth.com Working in the technology sector since 1984, and the client relations sector since 1980, David's first company was a not-for-profit partnership that helped to support his hometown library system. In 2003, David started dlcHomes.com to combine his years of experience with his desire to invest in real estate. This new company provides quality housing for all walks of life. With his early success in dlcHomes.com, in 2004 dlcNorthwest.com was spun-off as a client relations, technology management, and accounting consulting company, specifically aimed at the real estate market. School GSCA - Wisconsin 1984 - 1987 Auburn High School Auburn, WA 1987 - 1989 Highline Community College Des Moines, WA 1992 - 1994 Central Washington University 1994 - 1995 College I really enjoyed my time at Highline, I became very involved in Student Government, and was elected Student Body President for the 1993 - 1994 school year. After graduation, I attended the CWU extension at SeaTac and Lynnwood. The coursework was interesting, but not challenging and I was tired of school so I left CWU to work for a Casino management company that soon went out of business. Workplace After the casino mgt company, I worked in sales for a couple years and then began working with Expeditors International. I enjoyed most of my time there, and would recommend it to anyone. I realized that I was always wanting to be my own boss - work for myself and so started my own Real Estate company in 2004. We have several properties now a...Expand for more
nd continue to grow each year. In July 2005, myself and 2 other partners purchased a restaurant in Fremont that we're going to call: The Bourbon and Barbeque Grill - it will be Southern Flair barbeque. More of a Bar with great food than a restaurant, but we're going to have an under 21 area for families to bring their kids when they come to dinner. Our website is: BnBGrill.com - come and check us out anytime. In September 2005, I was introduced to a new internet marketing concept and started a new company to take advantage of this new opportunity and I love it! Visit my website at: NaturalWealthPlan.com - Waiora - Waiora USA Military Left for Boot Camp in October of 1989, Ft. Leonardwood, MO - a great place to be 'from' if you know what I mean. After Basic and AIT (OSUT) for Combat Engineer MOS, came back to the North West and was stationed at Ft. Lewis, WA (North Fort actually) with Bravo Company, 15th Engineer Battallion, 9th Infantry Division, I Corps, FORSCOM, USNORTHCOM. After fighting fires in Eastern Oregon, live fire support in the Yakima firing range, 72hr world wide deployment status, and ultimately deployed to Saudi Arabia for Desert Shield / Desert Storm, I decided that was enough for me. When I returned from the Gulf Theater, I was attached to HHC 9th Infantry Division because 15th Engineers had been deactivated while I was deployed. I was fortunate to participate in the deactivation ceremonies of the 9th ID in October, and on November 4th, 1992 I PCS'd with an honorable dishcharge from 9th Infantry Division, I Corps.
