David's Story
Interesting to see many of classmates on this website. Just wanted to share what I've been up to.
After high school, I spent two years in South Korea on a Mormon mission. I returned to Norway, IL for a few months in late 1994, then spent 4 years in the Marine Corps and traveled throughout Pacific Rim - Russia, Japan, Korea & Thailand along with a lot of other little places.
I got married in 1997, have two awesome boys and then got divorced in 2000. I am married again (2002) and do...Expand for more
ing well so far. My wife Lisa is the best thing that has happened to me.
After the Marine Corps, I returned to Ottawa, IL for a few months, spent a semester at IVCC, then joined the Navy. I spent 2 years in Monterey, CA learning Mandarin Chinese, then 4 years in Hawaii.
After the Navy, I moved to CA, where my wife's family is. I used the GI Bill to go to school and currently work for a Commercial Bank in Los Angeles doing financial analyst stuff.
