David's Story
So how do I begin to write about what I have been doing for the last 20 years? Hopefully something that will not bore you to death.
Right after graduating, I went to BC for a couple of semesters, but then went to work full time. Since then, I have lived in Atascadero, San Francisco, Bass Lake, Yosemite, South Lake Tahoe, and now currently live in Reno, NV. I moved to Reno in '98 to go to college up here, and managed to get a bachelor's degree in Geology. I also have been working off and on for a master's degree in Geomorphology. I currently work for the Nevada state geological survey. I really like the Reno/northern Nevada area and have no intentions of moving back to California.
I have been married to my wife Gen for 15 years. I met her in 1991 while cruising on Chester Ave. (remember when we used to be able to do that?). No, we don't have any kids.

iking. I don't rock climb anymore because of a motorcycle wreck I got into in '94. I still read alot but also like to play air combat video game simulations. My wife and I are both very involved in our local church, where she is a Sunday school teacher and I do lots of research into creation science and end-times biblical prophecy.
I honestly do not have any ideas on how people I knew in high school would remember me. As you know, I was more than a bit anti-social and had very few close friends. Oddly enough, a couple of those close friends also live here in Reno. I have seen quite a few Bakersfield people up here and just found out about another one (yes, that's you Robin).
So for now, my life is very fulfilling. I live in a great place (with clean air), have a good job and a wonderful wife, and I have very good friends. I also love to talk to people about my faith, and teach them things about Ya'shua (thats Jesus for those who don't know Hebrew).
