David's Story
I'm still here I guess that is what really counts.I have two great kids.Tim the oldest(22)works at a plant that manufactures semi trucks.Andrew the youngest(16)is still in school,he plays the bass drums in the school band.Both my boys have done very good in school with straight A averages.Where they get all there smarts I dont know god knows they didn't get it from me!!.Myself I drove a semi for about five years right out of high school.I had to take a break then for about two years.During that time I worked at Henny Penny in the service parts department.I went back to driving then in 89 and drove until 98 at that point my truck driving career came to a stop when another truck driver decided to make a left hand turn right in front of me.You can imagine the outcome of that,two semi's hitting head on.I then moved on and worked for man running heavy equipment for a while.After that we changed directi...Expand for more
ons again and went to construction building homes and doing home improvments,landscaping,finish grading,etc.That's what was going on until 2003 when yet another big twist in lifes hwy.I went through a divorce after sixteen years of marriage.At that point I left the Eaton area and moved to Georgia.I now work for an EPA based company that works on environmental clean up in power plants,paper mills,chemical plants.We try to keep the air that we breath clean for everybody.We travel all over the country doing so.It's a interesting job and challenging at times.I enjoy it,other than time away from home.I'm currently getting ready to get married again, June20.Life is once again on a steady hwy.I hope it stays this way from here on out.So thats my story it's been a rodeo that horse has threw me off a few times but I get right back in the saddle and ride again,and thats my story and i'm sticking to it!!!!!!!
