OK folks here it is. My hobby, besides my two kids, 23 years and 3 months, is doing step aerobics. No kidding. I know it sounds gay but quite the contrary Holmes. I go to 24 hour fitness in Kirkland several times a week after work and we just have a blast. It's high intensity so if you want to join me, you better be in shape. You think it's easy working out and watching 20's, 30's and 40 and up year old women sculpt their bodies into something wond...Expand for more
erful, well its not but someone has to do it. I've stepped up to the challenge and its great. The folks in this class are really cool. We do coffee, hikes, drive to 5 and 10ks and do all sorts of stuff I wont go into but if your into really gettin into shape and having a blast you gotta try.
