I always wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were wrong.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is mike buis, because i have not seen him since graduation.
after 3 failed marriages, someone(anne) would put up with my attitude and brashness
i have two teachers i would love to see and visit: Mr. John Wison & Mr David Usher
If I won $100 million, I'd give 5 million of it to each child, then spend the rest on travel, investments and a better life for all our families.
Anne & I r very happy with all our kids and grandkids living close by, but to b even more happy, we both prefer to b on a beach n Jamaica sipping margaritas, watching the waves and being just plain lazy
My current age is 59. ...Expand for more
When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be ancient. I was so completely wrong.
first crush was n junior high. oh, karen where r u now?
My best friend would tell you I'm not his best friend, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as an ass.
my weirdest job is not weird. i worked at the Marhofer Packing co. n muncie.
I share my home with my wife Anne and our dog Max, which I find comfortable.
my do over is my biggest regret, not graduating from college
In 10 years, I hope to be retired. I'm going to get there by whatever means i can do.
my oldest friend is Mike Kyle. we met because we had to. our families lived across the alley from each other. we spent many hours playing football n his side yard. riding bikes around the block, camping out n my back yard, having pickup basketball games n my driveway. attending church, Boy Scouts, band, and just guy things before we both found girls
my biggest classmate surprise would b i am not the skinny kid anymore. well rounded now
My first job was at cox super mkt, where I got paid $1.25/hr to work n the grocaery and dairy depts. What I remember most about it is the guys i worked with were all a great bunch of fellas, especially Wayne & Danny Hott and Roger Bennett.
childhood memories r many. to talk about just one is impossible. i'll always remember my first paper route. 7 and half miles by foot or bike across state rd 9 east on Bethel Pike. mike and i building a tree house. sharing play time with the fastest 3 legged dog n town, Duke..he even had a column written about him n the alex tribune by curt ellis. but maybe the best memory of all was having a mom and dad that loved me and cared about me and my sister.
