David's Story
Another spring approaches and another season begins. I have been riding through the winter logging those base miles in anticipation for another fun year of racing. This year I trained in the snow, rain and cold. Can't wait for the sun and warmer temperature. Heading out to the Tour of California in May and possibly the Dauphine Libere in France in June. Providence Criterium. Never thought I would still be racing at 50, however the legs and heart are strong and still having fun!
I hope all of my Abington Alumni are well. Check at my latest adventure on You Tube. I was on Good Morning America live in June 09 for Giant Food Stores "Biggest Loser" competiton. We had a lot of fun doing this and it was a blast being live with Robin and the GMA gang!
